Just Us Groups
The Just Us Walking Club meets weekly to explore different routes around Dublin. The Walking Club was established to improve the fitness levels and health of our members as well helping members maintain good mental health and overall wellbeing.
Regular exercise has been proven time and time again to increase our moods and stimulate our brains.
An evening stroll in the fresh air, alongside some friendly company and good chat, is the perfect way to escape the stresses of life for a few hours. All fitness levels and abilities are welcome.

How do I join the Just Us Walking Group?
Simple book your place on our walking club calendar and come along to the starting place at the allocated time.
If it’s your first week, please let our organiser know and we’ll be sure to link you up with some of our regulars to help you get to know the group. -
I’m looking for a walking group near me. Where does the Just Us walking club meet?
Currently, our walking group meets in Dublin city. We regularly vary our walking routes but make sure these routes are suitable for all fitness levels.
